Where: The General Assembly of Virginia office building. Corner 9th and Broad Streets, Richmond.
Start Time: 8:30 A.M.
Meet other bikers in the foyer, just inside the building. Use the Broad Street Entrance.. (for you early risers there is a cafeteria on the same floor).
The only bill concerning bikers this year is Senate Bill 15 which would allow traffic offenders to be sent to clinics. (something similar to defensive driving school) While I like the idea it's the clinic idea I'm not excited about. Why, because i think the offenders should be sent to one of our Virginia Rider Safety Training Program sites. There are 32 sites in the Commonwealth and we know the trainers are qualified to teach motorcycle safety. (From: Tom McGrath)
